Good Morning, Santa Monica!
While all of these restaurants serve several meals a day, it’s their breakfast delights and settings that keep us coming back. These are our top 3 restaurants for breakfast in Santa Monica.
- A Votre Sante. 13016 San Vicente. Just as the name implies, this restaurant serves up healthy eats (yet, oh so flavorful) to a well-conditioned crowd. Wear your workout clothes if you want to fit in. Star-studded with hipsters who live in the area, this is a comfy restaurant with great service. Favorite breakfast dishes include the yellow corn pancakes with blueberries (vegan) and the Trainer’s Feast.
- Farmshop. Brentwood Country Mart. 225 26th Street #25. Reservations recommended but not necessary. Bustling with young parents post-school drop off, professionals and actors meeting with their agents, this hotspot is busy all the time. Nicely tucked into the Brentwood Country Mart, there are several other chic shops to browse while waiting for a table (think Jenni Kayne, goop, etc). Additionally Farmshop is an actual shop showcasing gourmet groceries and wines. Most-loved breakfast dishes include Brioche French Toast and Mike & Sons Farm Egg Frittata.
- Sirena at The Georgian Hotel. 1415 Ocean Avenue. What a setting! Dining on the deck of what looks like a refurbished Georgian plantation gazing across at the majestic Pacific Ocean. Doesn’t get much better. A hidden gem, this small restaurant is very quiet and comfortable serving delicious food. Culinary delights include the Steak & Eggs and the Croissant French Toast Soufflé.
